8K clearly states they did not do that, if they had, it would be considered opinion shopping, talking to another auditor before ending relationship with current and filing the 8k, and get them in big trouble.

The board voted last week, auditor may have started then, or this Monday, no way mgmt has a completed set of financials and an opinion in writing from auditor yet. And that is what they need to file.

I’ll stick with 4 to 5 weeks and a low from here of .2 or maybe back to .18, before it breaks north again.
