So today I called AURYN Mining Corporation at 317-204-2020

I got this phone number from the OTC Markets website here >> https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AUMC/profile

I asked the woman who answered the phone “is Gary Goodin available? And do you know if or when the MDMN shares would be converted to Auryn shares?”

She said, “Gary Goodin is no longer involved with Medinah Minerals and that Medinah Minerals was dissolved.”

I told her, “do you realize the Medinah company shares are still trading daily on the stock exchange?”

She said “I don’t know anything”

I said “well you just said the company was dissolved”

She said, “go to the Auryn Website and contact them”

I told her “well...the OTC MARKETS website lists Gary Goodin’s phone number and address as the point of contact for Auryn Mining Co.”

Again She said “I don’t know anything”
