She won't...the proof being the objection hearing before JMW. Anyone who listened intently to what JMW said would have come away with the realization of how nonsensical AG's claims were. JMW went out of her way to ,IMO, not lambast her before the Bk Court. Her appeal is going nowhere in terms of reversing the UW Stipulation. Unless it results in some snippets of valuable info re supposed SH assets, AG's efforts will all be for naught.
