There’s absolutely no excuse for that and only 1 reason: he doesn’t want to. It is ridiculous to believe the tweets that purport an income of 7 figures week after week and then turn around and give them a pass on filing the basic business and financial performance information the regulations require. Those reports protect investors, that’s what they’re for, without them, there’s nobody that “knows what they own.” Nobody.
