I see your confusion. No one actually think there are any EPS here. Well not anyone who has read the filings.

Gamblers are worried if even MORE shares are coming to the float that were ALREADY added to the outstanding and issued. They were all hoping to buy 1's but they forget that the added shares are in the many billions and not the millions. They are drowning in the liquidity from the previous dilution that is now coming to the float.

They are unable to float, they are too diluted.
