24. During the completion of the due diligence process, Greenfield Global Inc. (“Greenfield”) and
PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (“PTT GC”) (collectively, the “Qualified
Bidders”) retracted themselves from the SISP. Therefore, the Monitor with the assistance of the
Company’s management have outlined a liquidation plan which is outlined in Section G below.
The Company’s management did not receive a purchase offer after conducting the SISP with the
assistance of the Monitor. As such, the Monitor, with the assistance of the Company’s
management prepared a liquidation plan for which the steps are determined as the following.
