Excellent DD. But as plainly spelled out in court filings. There are only enough funds to satisfy a fraction of the secured debt. And nothing for anyone else . As has been posted thousands of times . And stated in writing to the courts .

E. DISTRIBUTION OF REMAINING FUNDS
24. The Monitor is seeking the Court’s approval to distribute the Remaining Funds as follows:
24.1. from the funds of BioAmber Sarnia in its possession to the Comerica Syndicate; and
24.2. from the funds of BioAmber Inc. in its possession to Bridging and Mitsui based on the terms
of their agreement described above.
25. As outlined in the Eighth Report:
25.1. The Comerica Syndicate has a valid and perfected security interest in the assets of
BioAmber Sarnia that ranks in priority of Mitsui and Bridging; and
25.2. Mitsui and Bridging have valid and perfected security interests in the assets of BioAmber
Inc. that rank in priority of the Comerica Syndicate.
