The original Form 3 filing by Brain does indeed show a Direct holding of 1,127,567 common shares. The latest OTCMarkets filing shows him with an Indirect holding ("held by Hess Millwork") of 412,500 shares. So the same question could be asked....did he sell some shares and fail to report the transactions?

I didn't look at Aspin. Chasing these guys and their funky filings around feels a lot like trying to herd cats.
