NO RS, that is definite and clear from the company's statement..... as for your statement of it being a betterment for the company is usually 100% wrong, deceitful, misguided, and foolish - JUST SAYING !!! ..... an RS is usually a desperation move to rinse and repeat a dilution process that starts at the higher price after the split is complete and dilutes back down to the same levels of where it started .... NOTHING of that strategy makes sense here as this is already a low float subby with very little shares available which can easily be noticed when the bid is at .0035 and the ask is at .0047....12 tics apart because nothing is available between them..... there is so much more coming here that can drive this to multiple pennys..... in no time when the 8k was filed this shot to .0077 until the bull*hit RS statement was noticed.... for smart money that understand the boilerplate protections that these legal agreements have, this was simply another opportunity to buy low and those that did are already up 30% from those levels within hours..... at this moment, the company clarified their statement, NO RS, NO INTENTION TO RS - just like the TrumpRussia Hoax - CASE CLOSED... unless your #nervousnancy - then you live in a world of imagination and stupidity!!! as for now - its definite, its finite and all delusions thinking about RS is just a hoax.
