If you come to me as rgse
Do you think I will give you $10m by valuing your share price at $ 0.10?
Of course not
I will either say 0.03 a share and it has to be some how guaranteed
(Some type of colletarol ) or voting rights etc

Or I say I will sell your shares in open market at any price untill I get my $10m back
and you will issue shares matching SPxAmount of shares= $10m

Of course in the meantime you will start printing news in a timely manner to keep the price at certain level
