There was no news(essentially). To put it into perspective, from August 31 - March 5....1.3 Million shares were added to the outstanding via conversions. From March 5 to May 17, the outstanding share count went from 12,692,930 shares to a whopping 60,103,023 shares. That is a rough 500% increase during a two Month period. Ouch!

But that debt has been exhausted....so the smell is here...and it's a good one.

The funny thing is..the good news came from the first Pre14 filing...yet no one seem to see it. Then the second Pre14 nailed it..yet no one saw it.

The funniest thing is what these cats were attempting to do. Set up a franchise in the guise of missionary work..be it...spread the gospel and help fellow man. A freakn' container dropped in an impoverished community ..and what were they selling ...?

They were Pastors and part time Pastors. They may have had good intentions...but they sucked cash out of church followers...and after it failed..they attempted to raise $30 Million for a 9.5 MW solar facility..ha!

They sold one Franchise to fellows of faith(church goers')... ouch again!
