Even if audit is posted or not he mislead investors to a disasterous situation ...
I doubt many would consider SLJB a secure holding going into the future ...
He should have just posted the audit to protect shareholders but did not to demise them ....
Instead he comes out with a PR statement .. He owns NO SLJB shares but yet he just bought 3 expensive cars and a big trac of land and an old landlord claims he owes him 100K ...
Its sad how much money has been jammed & lossed in SLJB now and how much it has to recover from where it has declined ...
All that money investors put into SLJB with the expectations a very credible audit would come forward is now jammed & lost in need of big recovery ... All that money could have gone into a trusted worthy USA company without any foreign confusion & intrigue ... Is not this typical year after year coming from Canadian based companies run and controled by foreign influence ... Canada has a strong history of fraud in the USA pink & otcbb markets ....
This just goes to show as friends & common investors together in the US market how important it is strengthen our security together and be unbiased & open honest with each other in a quiet sort of way not to panic the market and therefore protect every cent of money we invest as a family of investors into a worthy investment for the prosperity of all involved ...
All of that money wasted in SLJB by good honest hard working people could have been invested in a good honest company standing strong for shareholder values ....
I was one of the lucky ones with SLJB ... I only had it on my watchlist with a lot of question marks involved "??????????" 10 now ... I had originally invested into it as LFWK when it was dipping under a penny many months ago and sold my shares when it went way up in the market only holding a few free shares and keeping it on my watchlist till I read the audited financials ... In my many years in the market I just never had honest luck with a Canadian company and therefore when it transferred to SLJB Canada and ran up in the market alittle while ago I did not even consider holding it secure & long ....
