stocks go up & down. when the price is down and you have shares you haven't lost anything. when the price is up and you have shares still you haven't gained anything. It is one's own responsibility how much they want to sell for, therefore it was indeed foolish that they sold at the level they did.

as for the rcmp, no most companies dont talk to them. ones that have been gaining attention do. the fact they haven't done anything, is GOOD news. eom.
