Thanks Tuna! will join you in something into the close, thats for sure.. Going to jump into the apartment next door and finish painting.. Guy lived there for 1 year and practically destroyed the place.. $5000 in work so far, and to top it off? the $1500 security was lost because he couldnt pay the rent the last month so had to eat it.. Heck, better to get him out then to have a 'squatter' for 6 months which is no fun at all : (
