I suggest re-checking the ASK price and the associated ASK volume. When the ASK was pegged at 84mm shares, the ASK price was .0001, plus there was NO BID. When the BID went to .0001, the ASK went up to .0002 with a corresponding 8X increase in the ASK volume to 600mm+, driven by those who want to dump out at .0002 to walk with a double!

Wall? The 600mm on the ASK is only the tip of the iceberg for those wanting to exit with a 100% gain at a price of .0002! That's what the traders have been trying to do here at SPRV ever since the share price initially hit .0001 five years ago in 2014!
