The only way this turd goes up is "IF" someone buys them out and sets a specific price. Because this turd has 13 BILLION OS and it would take BILLION BUY shares days one after the other for it to go up.

Remember, this is a sub-penny share and investors are looking for any opportunity to get out with a double / triple.
