Have spoken with other large holders and former management - they aren’t sellers at this level. Everyone on board with new management’s direction and vision. No previous debt holders either, old CEO/CFO cleaned it up by converting at .015 for restricted shares
Again, I’ve been loading millions past 2 months. Many days made up 100% of the total volume traded. And on some of those days the short volume exceeded 80/90%. If you’ve been watching the CAVR L2 for as many hours a week that I have and taking note daily of FINRA’s reports via regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20190617.txt , it is clear there is a strong short presence
