Have not seen filing, depends on the structure that Brisben Water Solutions and Dennis worked out as to what happens with shareholders, dont know how it is structured, that was what I was told, so when will we find out, who knows, do they even care about shareholders. don't know. What is Brisben plans, he is tied with Prescott Hamilton International, I believe or was, Prescott Clean Water a sub co said they purchase Ozonix from Ecosphere before for what that is worth, but Eco never said anything about this on their site. Who knows
