Dew, My thoughts on dilution issue are:

Very zen.

Anshu was always clear is plan is outrun dilution with growth. Today's figures tell you that growth is huge and INCREASING. $30m of funded orders, plus who know what else to come.

None of the institutional investors are selling. In fact, some of them from pre-Ashu Rbiz days have strayed in and added. All the toxic notes were wiped away by Garnock $.145m magic wand in Feb.

Which leaves Garnock, who ain't going to dilute his own position. He's set it up to add $500m worth if company needs more capital.

Dilution a complete non issue for me with this kind of growth, and more revenue to come with ice cream hitting shelves next month, etc.

You seem to be pretty knowledgeable. What is your thoughts about potential dilution and sell by insiders, as depicted in the S1. Wouldn’t you agree that we should get some level of assurance from the CEO. The S1 allows the rich dude to legally dilute....Any thoughts on that? I am bullish now on VRUS. That would be my main concern, as the market cap is about to reach $100 million dollars.
