That will complete the time allowances originally given for any changes or amendments ... then ?, .., “Globic” ... will be “Consummated”, ... completing the ... ”the WMB Action” ... which should then allow for the completion of the CIC (the Change In Control of WMB and the final transition of WMB to JPMC) ...

... this process should then finally complete the original GSA (the Global Settlement Agreement), ... the original settlement between WMI and the FDIC ...
