a Settlement isn't a Settlement,

until it's Settled.

Currently the GSA is only a Settlement Agreement. The Settlement need to be consummated to be settled.

We await "the Final Payment" to WMI from FDIC for "WMB and it's assets" by JPM to complete CIC.

Then the BK can close and the CRO can complete his task.
