This might stay at 3.01 all week or rest of the month until we get en banc or plan released by admin.

I don't think they will release plan to us until they actually do something because clowngress will fight it.

So we wait for enbanc then plan start/release. IMO

Several persons are saying plan Comes out this month. I would love to be wrong, but I don't think plan comes out until after en banc and there might even be a delay after the ruling which is "as the world turns" soap opera slow as the GSE's saga continues to "infinity and beyond". Lol
