The only thing new here is that the OTC now communicates when this occurs. QMC has kept their doors open by using shares as currency. The recipients need liquidity to get their money. Who would be surprised if QMC assures these vendors that they will help with the stock's liquidity? Let's face it, most businesses do not want shares in lieu of dollars and those willing to work that way need to know they are ultimately going to get paid for their goods and services. These vendors are flexible, not True Believers coveting shares of QTMM. They are capitalists willing to work in subprime markets.
