Will there be a reduction in shares for IGEX also? How did the meeting a couple of weeks go with the note holders? Looking forward to updates.

Well, I'm not sure if it will result in a reduction of shares, it may slightly as some issuances are canceled. The SS isn't bad. My primary focus there has been to prevent an introduction of more shares based on questionable notes, debts etc from hitting the market.
This quiet period became necessary to leverage them into believing I'll never let them get a share, never go current, never approve their conversions with the T/A etc. I believe I have it mostly worked out now.
