I do think that, based on the formula ideas I suggested to cj, and how to make them into a factor which would produe the same high end number, year after year.

I have had a hard time getting 4cot to be useful in my work. I was very exicted when I first saw it, thinking it could become a 3rd leg in my original buy signal, along with vix and pcr. But, when I took the 1-2 hours to diligence its low end readings to actual major bottoms, I found a very serious and hard to explain lag, and was unable to get around it.
