Hi FA, I am not sure what the justification was for altering the formula, but as far as I am concerned -- yes, they are attempting to fool people. It would not surprise if that historical data is removed soon, but I copied it for a sanity check 8^)

As far as any given day goes, I have no way of knowing, but again it would not surprise me if those levels are reached on given days. From the historical data, the last entry of June 26, 2006 shows 92.2% via the oiginal method, but was reported as 46.4% with the new method. That was for that week and coincidentally the very last entry.
