You're welcome Asyp, I'm not sure why they have the 623,500,000 instead of 500,000,000. I think the 123,705,000 are reserved for something good for the business continuity and growth and that will be disclosed shortly. For whatever reason they reserved this 123,500,000 shares, they correspond to warrants, so if executed, they will bring money to the company at a much higher price than 0.0025. So after reading the S-1 more than once in this past days, I think this is also Excellent news.
