That makes no sense at all. It says shares in Celsus are only being offered by the company and not a third party. How in the hell can selling shares of Celsus by Celsus be considered a third party? SMH Like I said nothing has changed other than they are not using a third party to sell shares of Celsus. Meaning they are not paying a broker or any other company to sell the shares for them. 200% of all APP and WRFX revenue still goes to Celsus and by my calculation that means every penny made.
