Honestly, if management didn't own so much stock I would be more concerned. The old adage put your money where you mouth is fits fully. He could have been selling shares, but he has not. Honestly, he probably didn't file with the SEC earlier because with people taking the stock below .01 he wouldn't have been able to uplist to the QB at that time so why spend the money. Now he is right where he needs to be.
