.Hmmm, this take doesn't exactly jibe with the actual history and facts of the lawsuits, the settlement of the case against Price, and the judgments upheld in court. Funny, years upon years of malfeasance and legal issues seem to somehow follow Price - the CUMO ripoff of the elderly ladies entrusting Price, the Bermuda Shorts sting, he and JJ's end run on CDCH properties, the rape and pillage of Medinah's share structure, the Okanadian share count scam. Just a coincidence? A misunderstood individual? Nah...I don't think so.

Goodin, Tupper and the forensic audit finally caught up with him which is why he was compelled to return all of his shares in MDMN, CDCH, Auryn and AMNP. And Price was forbidden to communicate

"In the Okanadian litigation matter, Medinah Minerals, Inc. filed cross claims against Les Price and MMC Mines, Inc. On October 2, 2017, the District Court for Clark County, Nevada, ordered judgement in favor of Medinah, and against Les Price and MMC Mines, Inc., jointly and severally, in the amounts of $217,094.95 for damages and $190,902.00 for legal fees, for a total amount of $407,996.95, plus pre and post judgment interest."

You may not believe it and that is certainly your prerogative, but the courts and settlements sure determined that Les Price did, in fact, behave improperly.
