I'm not sure the exact amount, but roughly 50M share are restricted as part of the convertible notes requirement....and remember any warrants not exercised will still be held in the authorized share (AS) count in case later exercised.....so not open for investment. I thought we would actually be over 600M shares with the restricted shares as I thought they had a statement in the tender offer stating something about 'if the 100M AS increase was not approved' a few weeks ago.

My quick math may be off a little?
