That is moot to the equation. The last "new" known note on file is from April 2nd. It is from Power Up and can not convert till September. I could care less about any new notes since then...as well as an authorized increase. Run the numbers on those converts and you will understand why.

Remember, the Company is about to get a new name and hopefully a better identity. In the meantime...I am looking for that reversal...and choose to see it more clearly by running those said numbers.
