So basically this is four companies being reversed into the shell and the company that funded the convertible note tried to get more shares than they were entitled to under the agreement but as the agreement said the note holders could just demand any number of shares from the transfer agent Vystar changed it’s Transfer Agent to stop any issuing of shares that the plaintiffs were not entitled to.

Sounds like Vystar is pretty proactive to me. Looking forward to when the Judge throws this out of court with prejudice!
