What part of the Globic Settlement has not been fulfilled that would cause the 2.03 Termination clause to take effect?

It is apparent that everything agreed to was enacted and thus the June 30th, 2019 date has long been null and void.

This is yet another "false flag" event being promoted on the board that will have an all too familiar outcome, ie being wrong!.

IF I'M WRONG I WILL HUMBLY APOLOGIZE, BUT IF I'M RIGHT...WILL YOU???
