HIGH finance LOL - There is no such thing as a RESET.

Rufus came up with the math deficient scheme that with the stock at 2.20 or something that he could issue 6 new shares for everyone and the PPS would stay at $2.20 or so.

I dont know the exact pps at teh time.

Of course there was never any filings to affect that split and the reality is teh stock would of collapsed by 6 fold anyway - the market determines the price.

Now the irony is that the stock has basically fallen by that anyway and there has been no divvy. So the promise of $15 is now $.20 and heading south very fast
