What, a preferred share isn't part of a company? A non voting preferred share does NOT come first in payouts .. a special warrant share, and then I think there is a corporate executive issued preferred, then our prf'ds, then types of common shares ... If you look at sandys past...(not Mike), sandy leaves nothing to past common shareholders.
SPEC:: to me the game plan is all about sandy. Sandy will bail out with as much cash as possible and do it all over again in a different market. Mike will be left to manage whats left of tfn.
If TFN survives, it won't be for sandy. His past record speaks volumes, and if vol 1,2 and 3 don't wake you up, you will be rudely awakened with up coming vol 4 of sandy saga..
Vol 4 ... reverse split of prfd and common... spin off of tfn to whomever is interested for less than anyone wants to believe.
And us common shareholders... take a hike. Negative? You bet. Why? Because I've been there done that, way too many times with the pennies that I want to admit... but r/s aren't my fault...it's just a timing issue. Here's a hint: look for the next business day before a holiday for a last minute announcement of pending r/s. With the split date the first AM of the day back following a holiday... Hmmmm, thanksgivings coming up here in the states this week....interesting.
