Fake “LOI” to create interest in this stock. Volume picks up company starts converting pref shares and diluting this scam at a rate of 100 million shares a day. Keep diluting until the max 4 bill shares. “LOI” now cancelled as the “parties” could not come to an agreement. CEO and company run off with proceeds of crime
