Yup, VZ bought a trademark and other assets sold to Telogis. I m sure VZ owns a lot if assets. Largest share owner approved the sale of the trademark (valued at $33k per SEC Financial filings) along with the customer list. Shareholders from 7/2010 til this day own a bloated empty shell with tens of billions of shares outstanding.
