in re renewal of any trademark ...the implication of the post is that VERIZON is CONTINUOUSLY ( every year every month ??? )renewing the REMOTE DYNAMICS TRADEMARK ..following is the REAL FACT

ALSO as previously posted a trademark and a company name are totally separate and different legal entities ..even if the company name and trademark name are EXACTLY the same that fact means absolutely NOTHING legally
" the only two things we can verify "...ABSOLUTELY FALSE from the damning litany of S.E.C filings one can track and VERIFY the deterioration of RMTD to a final implosion ( total inability to pay debts ) in which RMTD lost ALL BUSINESS ASSETS TO FORECLOSURE including ANY AND ALL TRADEMARKS
SO ..VERIZON is using the REMOTE DYNAMICS TRADEMARK...AGREED , AGREED AGREED ( as previously posted ) BUT that has NOTHING NADA AND ZILCH to do with RMTD IN 2019 as the corporate entity ( RMTD ) and its shareholders lost that asset, along with ALL other assets to foreclosure in 2010 ,post any proof that VERIZON'S use of the trademark is in any way benefiting the sharholders of a defunct company that HAS NOT OWNED THE TRADEMARK SINCE 2010 ..neither VERION OR TELOGIS EVER TRANSACTED ANYTHING WITH RMTD OR ITS SHAREHOLDERS
VERIZON is aware that one out of THOUSANDS of TRADEMARKS they own and renew every 10 years shares a name with a defunct worthless shell that has been out of business for TEN YEARS ???? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT...POST PROOF
LASTLY ...the purpose OF A chat board is to discuss the merits or lack thereof of an investment in the subject stock..SO once again how does the admitted fact that VERIZON is currently using the REMOTE DYNAMICS trademark ,in any rational way on earth , make the defunct shell of a long dead company worth TWENTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS or more ( two hundred and fifty billion shares X 0.0001 )when a clean financially current debt free shell is worth maybe two hundred thousand dollars
