Unfortunately I do not have proof of this deal. What I do know for a fact is Petar *never* promoted the 20 million dollar Colchester development to investors. We wouldn't even have known about the project had it not been for someone finding the Windsor Star article related to KORE and making the link, then posting it here.

Obviously, the reporter has an issue about the Colchester development. I wonder where he lives in relation to that development? GoogleEarth should tell me.
