That is true, which is what I thought the jest of my sentence stated. The reference to IOU's(Counterfeit Shares ,Promise of such) or what ever is what a NS would have to submit in order to get some ones monies. Even if,he,she,it or they just simply post a share count up in a persons account.

Same thing only different.
