i guess coz i never met a penny stock "investor" whose average cost was not at least 50% below the prevailing market pps...lol

also, you do realize that your equity interest in the company decreased by about 1/2 in less than 2 years due to dilution, don't you?

and, when do you think potn is going to approve an increase in the 1 BILLION authorized shares?

coz at the rate they're diluting (~45% p.a.) they're going to hit the limit fast...

also, have you ever heard of a company diluting at much as potn --- that doesn't even bring in any cash capital as a result? i mean, the company keeps issuing shares -- and they get NOTHING in return!!

meaning the shareholders are being diluted -- with no cash, zero, nada, zilch being added to the balance sheet for the purpose of growing the business!!
