re RMTD another amazingly brilliant post ...back in 2007 the capitalization is as shown in your link...no argument ..BUT by the time of this filing two and a half years later MY OH MY things have changed ...JUST SLIGHTLY ...After two and a half years of NON STOP DILUTION from EVERY TOXIC DILUTIVE DEATH SPIRAL INSTRUMENT KNOWN TO MAN ..the picture is THIS

if one were to read the whole filing and/or just skip to the BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP TABLE , one would note the the control shareholder controlled ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY BILLION PLUS shares which represented just 62% of fully diluted shares ...so if one were to do the math that would indicate there were 229 BILLION SHARES ALREADY OUTSTANDING and the approved proposal allowed RMTD to issue ANOTHER SEVENTY BILLION SHARES ...all there in gorgeous black and white in an S.E.C FILING filed under penalty of federal perjury and approved by the RMTD'S S.E.C. attorneys and signed by than company management..
out of idle curiosity , why did you post a filing from 2007 when this gives the last official picture of the share count
