The problem is Trump in the past has made speeches that seem to be all about him.

The other issue is that he continues to disenfranchise our allies who we fought side by side with in WWII.

So what was one to expect?

The good thing is he rose to the occasion and delivered an excellent speech. So did Macron as well.

Hopefully Trump and Macron can rebuild the friendship that has existed between our two countries going back to our war of Independence which Macron made note of in passing.

Even I was worried and didn't know what to expect from Trump.
