Yeah thats what i was going to say, surprised this board was so down on the AS raise at the NV SOS. Basically is the writing on the wall that the merger is about to happen, presumably raising the AS/changing preferreds.
because that is going to be the new issue for the control block.

So now its all a matter of who the merge in candidate is and how is the deal gonna be structured. This is the RM game in the pennyland. go big or go home.
