When reading the last pr about Linden, I do question that construction began ASAP.
To my knowledge, solar projects, home, commercial or farms require permitting prior to doing any work. Permitting is done post contract and takes some time as there are requirements.
But Spec Solar was in construction asap.
Seems a little odd, particularly for such a regulator state/area as New Jersey and its electric utility. They are not known to move fast.
