exactly. many different brands folks see on store shelves - from food to electronics - are owned by one master parent company.
for example Harman Audio Group owns most of the brands of home theater receivers / speakers / amps seen at Best Buy / Magnolia (Infinity, JBL etc)
A.T.I. owns a bunch more, mostly all the ultra high end brands $5k-$50k, plus they manufacture the same directly-competing products for other well known brands.

I could go on for DAYS here. most any consumer product company will go this route to increase footprint, consumer appeal and potential sales / market capture. emerging CBD wellness companies like FRLF are taking the tried n true route.
