The name change went through the Nevada SOS on April 10! The same time they created the 100 million preferred shares! Now they announce it?

In the last two months, the Company has filed a name change with the Nevada Secretary of State to Motion Entertainment Group Inc. and subsequently a corporate action filing with FINRA which is expected to be made effective this week. Simultaneously, the Company has reserved the symbol MEGA with FINRA.
