No, the DOJ guideline said you can't indict a sitting president.

So to make an affirmative statement about the commission of crimes that the perp would not be able to legally defend himself against would have been irresponsible.

The dozen or so instances of obstruction of justice in the report would, however, meet the standards for impeachment by 'Christmas Past Lindsey'
