An American, public company, touting an audit from a third world located finance company . . . if that doesn't scream scam then nothing does.

Add in the fact that the Bangi LLC, 75% ownership, is run by a lawyer currently retained by Shumake, to defend drug trafficking charges, and is targeting, with an idiotic inflated valuation, a property owned by the aforementioned drug trafficker, and you've got yourself a steaming pile of criminality, that would be the envy if El Chapo.

I think it's time to run the plates of the cars I see at Bangi LLC, HQ.
